more than a name

Choosing to name our venture Structure was a natural one, combining our managerial expertise and an engineering education. In management, structure provides a key framework, it should be resilient but also flexible, able to be shaped to meet evolving circumstances. In engineering, structure defines the underlying form of a building, providing both its strength and external appearance. We combine both of these meanings, providing services that deliver long-lasting change to our clients’ organizations.
The E8 theory has spurred so much debate between scholars; it reflects a simplified theory of everything which means that all issues that exist in nature are ordered according to this theory. Correct or false, it is a great debate. One graphical representation of the E8 theory is found on the page of “Join us” on this website. All the other graphics in this website conform to the Golden ratio and Fibonacci numbers, which also fall within E8. This ratio has been traditionally used to define, the most beautiful face, perfect area and space dimensions, beehive cells and the flower lattice structure. At Structure Consulting we use these graphics as part of our identity as we believe our solutions should conform to this ratio and our variables are application, practicality and innovation and research, industry and wisdom.

We approach every engagement with a clean canvas and only one thing in mind: “How do we ensure effective client implementation towards realizing their strategy”. We are so focused on implementation that it has become part of our Strategic Essence; we label it “Phase 0” as it complements each and every one of our processes.

Whether we are developing a strategy, a national model, restructuring an organization or developing original models, we always start with “understanding” the business and its value chains, the Vision of the leadership and the dynamic environment. We then work on the engagement in partnership with our clients and hypothesize a solution based on our deep understanding, testing and validating it in a consciously iterative process. We reach a conclusion that is then developed in congruence with best practices, while maintaining full consultation with our client. We then present the work and gain important feedback to eventually concentrate on supporting our client’s transformation into their new reality.
