We view Organization Development as the key path to transformation, taking our clients on a journey towards a better future by utilizing real change in their strategies, structures, processes, people and cultures. Our OD clients often start with an idea of what they believe is the solution, but after our collaboration are able to identify the genuine problem and, ultimately, map out a new future they wish to realize.
We start by building the case for change and what is known as the “Burning Platform”, gaining agreement from everyone within the management team. We use this as the starting point, implementing OD as system-wide process that is directly linked to creating value. We continue in a collaborative manner, working on process improvement through original thinking and strategic themes and directions, leading towards an increase in efficiency and productivity – and hence improving the effectiveness of the organization.
Our tools of choice are BPR, transformational change tools, mind mapping, team building, collaborative co-creation and TQC tools and TQM. [see case]
