national strategic models
National Strategic Models are national ideas that get designed and implemented through strategic and operational frameworks; they are named so because they become models and systems that are implemented nationwide by governments. This area requires unique core competencies that stem not from a single experience but rather for the understanding of value chains and cultural relevance and systems. Our clients are high-level government officials who need a framework or model for a specific problem, requiring a holistic view that often goes beyond the scope of their institutions.
We start by understanding the value chains and environment. This includes extrapolating national directives, agendas and laws, which creates an overall hypothesis of what framework can be developed. We maintain a multidisciplinary and holistic view of the situation, and we assess possible future outcomes – investigating what is likely to be, what can be and even what, allowing for surprises, could also be. We believe the future doesn’t have to be conditioned by the present, and we contest all current realities. We also engage in validating and correcting the model until final development and presentation.
Our tools are similar to those of innovation including Mind mapping, co-creation, ideation, core competencies, futurization and Blue Ocean Strategy. [see case]
