We believe change is the essential process through which better futures are realized. Only by instigating change in mindsets, behaviours and processes can we deliver change in outcomes and results.
You can’t instigate change without knowledge. We have the tenacity to seek critical understanding of every business, every environment, every issue – and the courage to confront leaders with undiluted truths.
The only measure of our success is a meaningful, permanent and self-sustaining transformation of an organization. We don’t deliver instructions, we transfer knowledge, develop human capital and shape new realities.

more than a name

Choosing to name our venture Structure was a natural one, combining our managerial expertise and an engineering education. In management, structure provides a key framework, it should be resilient but also flexible, able to be shaped to meet evolving circumstances. In engineering, structure defines the underlying form of a building, providing both its strength and external appearance. We combine both of these meanings, providing services that deliver long-lasting change to our clients’ organizations.

models of excellence

Models of Excellence are frameworks for organizational management systems that ensure good governance, leadership, strategy and human resource development – all designed to lead to excellent results. Our clients have traditionally been public sector institutions driven to excel as part of their National Government direction, including numerous Jordanian institutions.

We start by assessing the current state of the institution, identifying the gap in relation to the model’s standards and requirements. The next step is to develop the institution from within, utilizing our core competencies and working collaboratively to ensure buy-in. The conclusion is an assessment of the new state, with course correction towards the final part of the process in order to validate our work.

Our tools are the same as those in Strategy and OD and our competencies lie in the King Abdullah II Award for Excellence in Government Performance and Transparency (KAAEGPT) and EFQM. [see case]
