WORK METHODOLOGY

We approach every project and engagement with a clean slate. To that effect we never come in with preconceived ideas or with any level of beliefs or opinions. We only come in loaded with our extensive knowledge, know-how and experience which we place at the disposal of our client.

Our methodology is true to the process we follow which as always starts with clearly identifying the needs and wants of the client at the very early stage. In tandem we put ourselves in the shoes of the client and as per our core values, we "Partner" with our clients to truly feel what they are feeling. To that effect, our approach stems from the point of view of Leadership and management and not from that of the consultant. With this basic tenet adhered to we start work.

As usual it is imperative to clearly diagnose the issues facing us. Once the diagnosis is made a hypothesis is formulated and continuously verified or changed. It is our belief that this methodology quickens the pace towards resolving the issues and identifying and developing solutions.

It is imperative to us that all involved in the development team are humming the same tune. having said that we do not have a standard engagement or project and hence our approach and methodology is continuously evolving to serve our clients.

If we take a corporate transformation case for example; we will approach it with the zealous vigor of identifying the Strategic outlook of the client, A best in practice methodology is used to develop the Strategic Essence© reflecting the Core Values, Mission and BHAG (Big Hairy Audacious Goal)/Aspirations (Vision) of the client. Then through the utilization of the Balanced Scorecard and Strategy Map development methodology a clear Strategy Map and Scorecard is developed for the overall organization. This Map and Scorecard will act as the focal point in Strategic and operational development by ensuring that Strategy is at the core of the organization and not at the discretion of management.

The third step starts by identifying operational system development, HR and IT alignment and budgetary and financial strategic requirements to realize the Vision. It is imperative to stress that this methodology is not the result of simple course taking or adopting what is new but  rather the result of over a decade of investigation, adoption, resolution and experience in organization Development and Strategic formulation. Moreover, cultural realities stress a different execution methodology so as to ensure adoption and support not only by Leadership and top management but also from all staff as the only logical way of doing things within the client organization. We apply process mapping, design, reengineering, TQM and many other tools in HR and other more tactical systems to help our client develop the systems needed or at least identify the need so as to talk with a "marketing" or "financial" or other expert as needed.
