As a prerequisite to investment in the Irbid and Mafraq Development Zones, DZC needs to identify strategic transportation options for investors. This work will be developed by Structure Consulting as a precursor to investors identifying the viability of full transportation models that they would need.

Structure Consulting has been contracted to develop the Strategic and Organizational requirements for the establishment of the Jordan Green Building Council (JGBC). The work will entail strategic development and implementation using the Balanced Scorecard Framework and Organizational alignment with the strategic plan.

Structure Consulting is honored with the responsibility of the strategic and organizational development of Jordan Enterprise (JE) using the Balanced Scorecard framework.
