Khaled Al-Kurdi

Khaled has been an entrepreneur, a mentor and consultant for the past 18 years. He has been a board member with many Jordanian Blue Chip companies and has contributed much of his expertise in strategic planning, strategic transformation, strategic thinking and management through training and ProBono mentoring to NGO's entrepreneurs and boards of directors.

His greatest passion is seeing change positively affecting organizations and leading them to becoming centers of excellence, while his greatest strength is his ability to ameliorate holistic complex concepts into relevant action plans leading to the transformation of organizations into centers of excellence.

Khaled's experience is filled with successful examples that taught him what and what not to do, both of which are very important in the transformation of any organization. He is a strong proponent of original thinking and culturally relevant application of international management concepts. His areas of expertise have become Strategy and strategic development,

On the other hand, Khaled is an avid reader and propagator of information and best practices. His perspectives and outlook are often sought for in areas such as National strategic planning, education, innovation, Urban strategy and branding, information technology applications and entrepreneurship. He was a Council Member of the Greater Amman Municipality, a member of the National Agenda formulation team in the "labor and vocational training thrust", a member of numerous National committees on Industrial policy, a mentor, a facilitator and a dialogue master, a SCUBA diving instructor and most importantly a Husband and a Father of two.

Khaled received his Bachelor of Science Degree with High Honors in Mechanical Engineering from The King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals (KFUPM), Saudi Arabia and a Master of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Stanford University, USA.

Ruba Asfour

Ruba is a Partner in Structure Consulting and a Senior Consultant in Marketing. Ruba's experience in International marketing as part of the British Airways team in Jordan resulted in exceeding operational objectives and maintaining a high percentage of customer loyalty. Ruba has BSc in Civil Engineering from Marquette University, USA and a Diploma of Marketing from Huddersfield University, UK.

Ruba worked on developing brand identity, marketing research and strategic marketing development in addition to developing customer loyalty programs.

Ruba is a wife and a mother of two. 

Ahmad Ayesh

Ahmad Joins Structure Consulting as a Lead Consultant. His experience spans 8 years with reputable consulting firms last in the position of Chief Advisor. Ahmad is a master of Business Process design, development and reengineering and an experienced organization development consultant. His previous work included performance measurement software and BPR in addition to some generalized consulting work. 

Ahmad is an approved Mentor and an assessor trainer for the King Abdullah II Award. Ahmad has a degree in Computer Science from Iraq. He is a husband and a father of three.
