Structure Consulting as a Firm has been in establishment for the past 15 years and finally saw the light when all ingredients came together to result in a final product that is bigger than the summation of its parts. The name "structure" was the result of a hybrid investigation and experience combination of the management and engineering meaning of the word. In management "Structure" should be fluid and flexible; It should be resilient and malleable. In Engineering "Structure" reflects the rigid, yet ductile combination of Steel and concrete, which results in a strong and hard yet not brittle combination. The combination of these two definitions is the direct justification for establishing "Structure Consulting".
We at Structure have a proud heritage in non wavering belief in the fundamentals of our existence. The Firm has long standing Core Values that reflect on its internal and external environment. Our Mission is clearly stated and our Vision is a rallying call for all Firm members to clearly be able to answer any question that places them at an intersection. I am also extremely proud to say that Structure Consulting was established for its members and owners alike. Its owners are adamant in sharing with the members part of the firm and its members will have a right to become owners as they develop in their career paths and reach the level of "Principals". The growth of Structure is mutually the responsibility of the owners and members and hence both will benefit from the services provided and income generated. To that effect, Structure Consulting has been incorporated as a Private Shareholding company with a percentage of its shares allocated and continuously increased as needed to benefit the members.
